If adverts make false promises or breach any law, we reserve the right to take it down immediately without giving you notice first.
We don't want to receive any information or advertising be that copy, images or video that would be reasonably considered by others to be unlawful, inappropriate, hateful and / or infringes peoples' human rights, no matter how "edgy" your advertising agency is.
Our readers are cherished by us. If you want to advertise to communicate with them, you can do so if you pay the appropriate fee.
To Place a Banner Advertisement
Payment is made in advance with a credit card or bank transaction. Send us your banner ad and it will be posted on the site 24 hours later and remain there for a 30 calendar days.
Our customers' data is just that. It belongs to them. We will not knowingly sell it or share it with a third party other than stated in our data privacy policy where, for example, you may engage with our Twitter feed or other third party service providers.
Website Availability
Having worked in the IT and disaster recovery industry for 13 years we learnt that there isn't any known website or application that is 100% available all of the time.
Even when IT firms say they are, there is usually a caveat that says there is a small period of time each year when the IT won't be available for maintenance reasons.
Our website IT is delivered by 123 Reg, so we are very much dependent on their IT capability, business continuity and disaster recovery services.
We will be guided by and operate in accordance with their terms and conditions to us to ensure our operations / adverts are recovered and available based on their processes and operational capability.
